توريد  المضافات لصناعة  الزيوت مقسمة على سبع (07) حصص منفصلة

الحصة رقم 01: زيت محرك البنزين والديزل: نفطيلية  نصف صناعي 10W40.

الحصة رقم 02: زيت محرك البنزين: نفطيلية ممتازة 20W50.

الحصة رقم 3: زيت محرك البنزين والديزل:  VP Super 15W40 نفطيلية ممتازة.

الحصة رقم 4: زيت محرك البنزين والديزل: شلية توربو ديزل 15W40.

الحصة رقم 5: زيت محرك البنزين و الديزل:

شيفة/شلية SAE 40.

شلية SAE 50.

الحصة رقم 6: الزيت الهيدروليكي وزيت ناقل الحركة:شلية  10W.

الحصة رقم 7: زيت ناقل الحركة اليدوي:  EP SAE 90 طاسيلية.

الصادرة بالباوسم عدد 2102 بتاريخ 15/فيفري 2023، أن الحصة رقم 07 المتعلقة بـ : زيت ناقل الحركة اليدوي:  EP SAE 90 طاسيلية.، زيت التروس الصناعية: فضة 320  تم منحها مؤقتاً لشركة CPTDC CPTDC « China Petroleum Technology And Development Corporation »  مقابل مبلغ GDTC قدره: ألف وأربعمائة وتسعة وأربعون دولاراً وسبعمائة و أربعة وستة وعشرون سنتًا (1,449,786 دولارًا أمريكيًا)، ليصبح إجمالي مبلغ CFR لميناء وهران مليونين وستمائة وثمانية وخمسين ألفًا وأربعمائة وخمسة وثمانين دولارًا وأربعين سنتًا (2,658,485.40 دولارًا أمريكيًا).

يمكن للمترشحون الذين يعترضون على الاختيار الذي قام به قسم عمليات التكرير/المصفاة في أرزيو تقديم طعن خلال خمسة (05) أيام عمل من تاريخ نشر هذا الاعلان إلى:

Fourniture d’additifs pour la fabrication des lubrifiants repartis en sept (07) lots distincts

LOT 1 : Huile Moteur Essence & Diesel : Naftilia Semi Synthétique 10W40.

LOT 2 : Huile Moteur Essence : Naftilia Super 20W50.

LOT 3 : Huile Moteur Essence & Diesel : Naftilia VP Super 15W40.

LOT 4 : Huile Moteur Diesel :Chelia Turbo Diesel 15W40.

Paru au BAOSEM N° 2102 du 15/02/2023 que le lot N°07 portant sur : « Huile de Transmission Manuelle : Tassilia EP SAE 90 , Huile Engrenage Industriel : FODDA 320 » a été attribué provisoirement à la société CPTDC « China Petroleum Technology And Development Corporation » pour un montant GDTC de : Mille Quatre Cent Quarante-Neuf Dollars et Sept Cent Quatre-Vingt-Six Cents (1449.786 $), pour un montant total CFR port d'Oran de Deux millions Six Cent Cinquante-Huit Mille Quatre Cent Quatre-Vingt-Cinq Dollars et Quarante Cents (2 658 485.40 $).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Division Exploitation Raffinage / Raffinerie d’Arzew peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis auprès du :

Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity, Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery informs the tenderers having participated to the national and international open call for tender having for object :

Supply of additives for the manufacture lubricants divided into seven (07) separate parts

Part N°01 : Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant : Naftilia Semi Synthétique 10W40

Part N°02 : Gasoline Engine Lubricant: Naftilia Super 20W50.

Part N°03 : Gasoline & Diesel Engine Lubricant : Naftilia VP Super 15W40.

Part N°04 : Diesel Engine Lubricant : Chelia Turbo Diesel 15W40.

Published in the BAOSEM N° 2102 dated 15/02/2023 , that the part N°07 related to :” Manual Transmission Oil: Tassilia EP SAE 90 , Industrial Gear Oil: FODDA 320” , has been provisionally awarded to the company CPTDC « China Petroleum Technology And Development Corporation » for a GDTC amount of One Thousand Four Hundred And Forty-Nine Dollars And Seven Hundred And Eighty-Six Cents (1 449.786 $), for a total CFR port of Oran amount of Two Million, Six Hundred And Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred And Eighty-Five Dollars and Forty Cents (2 658 485.40 $).

Bidders who contest the choice made by the Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery, may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice to:
