Sonatrach-Eni Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD , BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405 b (MLE, CAFC fields)and in SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II ,t SF-II Perimeters , informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender GSE N° 3419-01-MH-21 regarding:

Open call contract ''Supply of structural coating in composite material and training of the personnel on the application of the product'' with a duration of 03 years

Published in the Baosem n° 1942 of November, 10^th 2021, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderer ,namely « Solutions Technologiques Industrielles (EURL STI) ».

 Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby:

The President of the Contracts Commission of Sonatrach-Eni Grouping

In a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

Beyond this deadline, no recourse shall be receivable.

Contrat Ouvert sur appel '' Fourniture d'enrobage structurel en matériau composite et formation du personnel sur l'application du produit '' d'une durée de 03 ans.

Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux  sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Alegria production BV régi par le décret  93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-FINE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert GSE N° 3419-01-MH-21 ayant pour objet « Contrat Ouvert sur appel '' Fourniture d'enrobage structurel en matériau composite et formation du personnel sur l'application du produit '' d'une durée de 03 ans» , paru dans le BAOSEM N° 1942  du 10/11/2021 que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant, à savoir  « Solutions Technologiques Industrielles (EURL STI) ».

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.
