La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National Et International Ouvert:N°27/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2023, portant sur :

Fourniture d’équipements de système de contrôle et supervision

Au profit du Projet :

Système de collecte et de traitement des eaux de rejets industriels du terminal marin de Bejaia

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SIEMENS SPA

Pour un montant global de :

En chiffres : 84 322 755.62 DA/HTVA/HDD ;

Soit en lettres: Quatre Vingt Quatre Millions Trois Cent Vingt Deux Mille Sept Cent Cinquante Cinq Et Soixante Deux Centimes Dinars Hors TVA Et Hors Droits De Douanes.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. 27/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023, relating to the:

Supply of Control and Supervision System Equipment

For the benefit of the Project: Industrial Wastewater Collection and Treatment System from the Bejaia Marine Terminal

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SIEMENS SPA

For a total amount of:

Either in numbers: 84 322 755.62 DA;

Either in words: Eighty Four Million Three Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five And Sixty Two Hundred Dinars Algerian.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
