Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des contrats applicable à HELIOS Spa (procédure passation des contrats référencé HE-PR-6.2.0-26 (R1) datée du 02 mars 2022 HELIOS Spa, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et international Ouvert en seule (01) étape DAO N° HELIOS/02/APP/2024 ayant pour objet :

LA FOURNITURE D’HUILE SYNTHETIQUE ANDEROL 3068 OU ÉQUIVALENT

Paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2260 du 19/05/2024, que le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « FRANCARE Industries »

Pour un montant global en hors taxes de Cent trente-deux mille quatre cent soixante-douze Euros (132 472,00 HT/EUR), soit l’équivalent en dinars de: Dix-neuf Millions deux cent vingt-huit mille cent soixante-cinq Dinars et trois centimes  en hors taxes (19 228 165,03 HT:DZD)

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM auprès de :

Subject: SUPPLY OF SYNTHETIC OIL ANDEROL 3068

OR EQUIVALENT

In accordance with the provisions of the contract regulations applicable to HELIOS Spa (contract award procedure referenced HE-PR-6.2.0-26 (R1) dated March 02, 2022, HELIOS Spa, informs all bidders who participated in the National and International Call for Tenders Open in one (01) stage DAO N° HELIOS/02/APP/2024 with the subject:

SUPPLY OF ANDEROL 3068 SYNTHETIC OIL OR EQUIVALENT

Published on BAOSEM N° 2260 of 19/05/2024, that the contract is provisionally awarded to the bidder "FRANCARE Industries"

For a total amount excluding taxes of One hundred and thirty-two thousand four hundred and seventy-two Euros (132,472.00 excl. VAT/EUR), the equivalent in dinars of: Nineteen million two hundred and twenty-eight thousand one hundred and sixty-five Dinars and three cents excluding taxes (19,228,165.03 excl. VAT:DZD)

Tenderers who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the Contract to BAOSEM at:
