Appeared in BAOSEM N° 2023 dated 30/06/2022, with a deadline for bids submission which was scheduled initially on 21/08/2022, then extended to 11/09/2022, then extended for the second time to 02/10/2022, then extended for the third time to 23/10/2022,was declared fruitless, by the Evaluation Committee for Technical Offers.
