La Société Nationale Sonatrach Activité Transport par Canalisation – Division Exploitation –

Région Transport Est Skikda, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres

National et International ouvert RTE. JUR N°36/17, paru sur BAOSEM N°1478 du 27/02/2018,

portant sur la fourniture d’outillage et équipement de maintenance en lots séparés pour la Région Transport Est Skikda :

Lot N° 01 : Outillage Instrumentation
Lot N° 02 : Outillage pour électricien
Lot N°03 : Equipement de mesures et de protection
Lot N°04 : Outillage et équipement mécanique
Lot N°05 : Outillage Hydraulique
Lot N°06 : Outillage calibration système comptage
Lot N° 07 : Outillage pour intervention sur automates siemens

Qu’après l’ouverture publique et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires ci-après :

TECH PLUS / Tunisie « lot N° 03 » pour un montant de : 20 476,00 Euro en Hors TVA

OUTILAC S.A /Belgique « lot N° 05 » pour un montant de : 233 407,00 Euro en Hors TVA.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent cette attribution provisoire doivent introduire leurs recours dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis auprès de :

Provisional Contract Awarding

The National Company Sonatrach, Transport by canalization Activity- Exploitation Division- East Transport Region Skikda, informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender RTE. JUR N°36/17, published in the Baosem n° 1478 of February, 27th 2018, concerning:

Supply of tooling and equipment for maintenance in separate batches for the Transport Regions of East. Skikda

Batch n° 01: Instrumentation tooling

Batch n° 02: Tooling for electricians

Batch n° 03: Equipment for measuring and protection

Batch n° 04: Tooling for mechanical equipment

Batch n° 05: Hydraulic tooling

Batch n° 06: Counting system calibration tooling

Batch n° 07: Tooling for intervention on automates SIEMENS

That after the public technical and financial tenders’ opening, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the following tenderer:

TECH PLUS/ Tunisia “Batch n° 03” for an amount of 20.476.00€ VAT excluded.

OUTILAC S.A/ Belgium “Batch n° 05” for an amount of 233.407.00€ VAT excluded

The tenderers questioning this provisional awarding must introduce their recourse in a delay of 05 workdays as from the date of publication of this notice, nearby:
