Provisional Contract Awarding
National and International Open Invitation to Tender N° 08/APPRO/2020
The Company of Industrial Maintenance, abridged “SOMIK-Spa” informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation in a single step N° 08/APPRO/2020, regarding:
Supply of a batch of multidirectional scaffolding
Published in the Baosem n° 1804 of October, 01st 2020, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer SARL ACROW for an amount of 36 146 421.96 DZD/ Tax Included.
The tenderers questioning the choice operated by the Contracting Service may introduce recourse nearby the Contracting Service.
The recourse is introduced in a delay of 05 workdays as of the publication of the provisional contract awarding in the Baosem. If the fifth day coincides a non-workday or a legal day off, the recourse deadline shall be postponed to the following workday.
The tenderer’s recourse can only be introduced on the decisions taken by the Contracting Structure, in the treatment of his/ her offer.
Every recourse introduces by a tenderer must contain:
-Name (First name), quality, function, the company’s name and the tenderer’s head office address;
-The references and object of the concerned invitation to tender;
-A presentation of the recourse motives, dated and signed, accompanied by all the vouchers.
The tenderers’ recourse must be transmitted to or deposited at the Contracting Structure, appointed at the invitation to tender or the specifications, in return of an acknowledgment receipt.

Appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° 08/APPRO/2020
La société de maintenance industrielle, par abréviation SOMIK-SPA informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert en une seul étape N°08/APPRO/2020, ayant pour objet la fourniture d’un lot d’échafaudage multidirectionnel Paru dans le BAOSEM le 01/10/2020 N°1804, que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire SARL ACROW pour un montant de 36 146 421.96 DA/TTC.
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante peut introduire un recours auprès de la Structure Contractante.
Le recours est introduit dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM, Si le cinquième jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos
légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée au jour ouvrable suivant.
Le recours d’un soumissionnaire ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises par la Structure Contractante, dans le traitement de son offre.
Tout recours introduit par un soumissionnaire doit comporter :
- Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du soumissionnaire
- Les références et l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerné ;
- Un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.
Les recours des soumissionnaires doivent être déposés ou transmis à la Structure Contractante, désignée dans l’Avis d’Appel d’Offres et/ou dans le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres et ce, contre un accusé de réception.
