Et après ouverture et évaluation des offres (technique et Financière), que ledit marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ci-après :

Cette attribution provisoire est effectuée conformément à la procédure de passation des marchés du Groupe ENPC en vigueur.DE PASSATION DES MARCHES 2024

NB : l'attribution définitive du marché et la signature du contrat ne sera attribuer qu'après l'obtention du visa d'attribution définitive de la Commission des Marchés.

Les soumissionnaires qui constatent le choix opéré par la société SOEXPLAST EPE SPA peuvent introduire un recours auprès de la commission des marchés de l’entreprise (CME) dans les Cinq (05) jours à compter de la date de la première publication du présent avis sur la BAOSEM et deux journaux nationaux.

supply of an 8-color central drum printer N° :

And after opening and evaluation of the offers (technical and financial), that the said contract has been provisionally awarded to the following tenderer:

This provisional awarding has been made in accordance with the ENPC Group procurement procedure in force. procurement procedure 2024

NB: the final awarding of the contract and the signing of the contract will only be awarded after obtaining the final award visa from the Procurement Commission.

Tenders who note the choice made by SOEXPLAST EPE SPA questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to the company's procurement commission (CME) within five (05) days as of the date of the first publication of this notice on BAOSEM and two national newspapers.
