publié dans le BAOSEM Nº 2363 du 13/03/2025, que, suite à l’ouverture et à l’évaluation des Offres Techniques et Commerciales correspondant aux offres jugées techniquement conformes, le contrat a été attribué au soumissionnaire suivant:

as published in BAOSEM No. 2363 dated 13/3/2025, that following the opening and examination of the Technical and Commercial Offers corresponding to the technically compliant offers, the Contract has been awarded to following bidder:
