Que le marché est attribué provisoirement comme suit :

Lot N°01 : au soumissionnaire IPT POWER TECH pour un montant de : Trois Cent Soixante Trois Mille Cinq Cent Trente Deux Dollars en CFR port d’ALGER soit en chiffre : Lot N°01 : 363 532.00 USD en CFR port d’ALGER.

Lot N°02 : au soumissionnaire ATLAS COPCO pour un montant de : Quarante Neuf Millions Cinq Cent Dix Huit Mille Six Cent Douze Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA soit en chiffre : 49 518 612.00 DA/HTVA.

Lot N°03 : au soumissionnaire IPT POWERTECH pour un montant de : Deux Cent Soixante Quatre Mille Cinq Cent Cinq Dollars en CFR port d’ALGER soit en chiffre : 264 505.00 USD en CFR port d’ALGER.

Lot N°04 : au soumissionnaire IPT POWERTECH pour un montant de : Cent Soixante Cinq Mille Six Cent Quatre Vingt Cinq Dollars en CFR port d’ALGER soit en chiffre : 165 685.00 USD en CFR port d’ALGER.

Lot N°05 : au soumissionnaire ATLAS COPCO pour un montant de : Quarante Sept Millions Cinq Cent Dix Mille Cinq Cent Un Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA soit en chiffre : 47 510 501.00DAHTVA.

Lot N°06 : au soumissionnaire ATLAS COPCO pour un montant de : Quarante Neuf Millions Cent Six Mille Huit Cent Soixante et Un Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA soit en chiffre : 49 106 861.00DAHTVA

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).

Batch N° 01 : (06) 500 KVA GENERATORS

Batch N°02 : (06) 350 KVA GENERATORS

Batch N°03 : (10) 200 KVA GENERATORS

Batch N°04 : (10) 100 KVA GENERATORS

Batch N°05 : (10) COMPRESSORS 08 BARS

Batch N°06 : (10) COMPRESSORS 14 BARS

For various SARPI SPA Projects.

That the tenders have been is provisionally awarded to :

Batch N°01 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer IPT POWER TECH for an amount of : Three Hundred and Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Two Dollars in CFR port of ALGIERS or in figures : Lot N°01 : 363 532.00 USD in CFR ALGIERS port.

Batch N°02 is provisionally awarded to the to the tenderer ATLAS COPCO for an amount of : Forty-nine Million Five Hundred and Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Twelve Algerian Dinars excluding VAT, i.e. : 49 518 612.00 DA excluding VAT.

Batch N°03 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer IPT POWERTECH for an amount of : Two Hundred and Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Five Dollars in CFR port of ALGER i.e.:

264 505.00 USD in CFR ALGIERS port.

Batch N°04 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer IPT POWERTECH for an amount of : One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Five Dollars in CFR ALGIERS port or in figure :

165 685.00 USD in CFR port of ALGIERS.

Batch N°05 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer ATLAS COPCO for an amount of : Forty Seven Million Five Hundred and Ten Thousand Five Hundred and One Algerian Dinars excluding VAT, i.e. : 47 510 501.00 DA/HTVA.

That Batch N°06 is provisionally awarded to the tenderer ATLAS COPCO for an amount of : Forty Nine Million One Hundred Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty One Algerian Dinars excluding VAT, i.e. a figure of: 49 106 861.00DA excluding VAT.

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse addressed to :

The President of the Contracts’ Commission and deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at SARPI Structure in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
