The EPIC-National Office of Explosive Substances launches a National and International Opened Invitation to:

Supply of :
30 tons of glass microsphere

The natural or legal persons interested can address for the withdrawal of the specification
from 02/07/2025 against payment ten thousand Algerian Dinar, (10 000 DA). For the companies of Algerian
right and the equivalent in currency, for the foreign companies in the count of Exterior Bank Algeria, Agency

The delegated personnel for the withdrawal of the specification must bring:

\- One (01) copy of a valid identity card.

\- One (01) a letter of accreditation, delivered by submission candidate.

\- One (01) copy of the trade registers of the company.

\- Original copy of the good of payment of the which had sum and exchange contract of the currencies for

the foreign companies.

The offers must be containing the proof and documents needed in the schedule of conditions must be scinder in three
(03) parties:

\- One (01) candidacy file containing documents require in schedule of conditions;

\- One (01) technical offer containing documents require in schedule of conditions;

\- One (01) financial offer containing documents require in schedule of conditions.

The candidacy file, the technical offer and the financial offer are inserted in separate envelopes, closed and anonymous
giving the reference, the purpose of the tender and the name as if the words " candidacy file" " technical offer
"and" financial offer ".

These three envelopes are placed in another closed and anonymous envelope with the words.

12, avenue des trois frères BOUADOU, Bir Mourad Rais - Alger

The folds of the deadline deposit submission and the opening of files records for the last business day of the period of bid
preparation at 09h30, forty five(45) days from the first publication date of this invitation to tender at the BOMOP or at
national daily newspaper.

Tendered shall remain bound by their offers for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening.
