Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables à Sonatrach, la Société Nationale Sonatrach, Activité Exploration-Production, Division Laboratoires, informe l’ensemble des Soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°05/18/INV/DLCC/DTD/DCRDT, ayant pour objet :
Fourniture de bouteilles d’échantillonnage de Gaz & de GPL
LOT N°1 : Item1 : Dix (10) Bouteilles d’échantillonnage de Gaz (Capacité : 500 ml)
Item2 : Dix (10) Bouteilles d’échantillonnage de Gaz (Capacité : 1000 ml)
LOT N°2 : Item1 : Dix (10) Bouteilles d’échantillonnage de GPL (Capacité : 500 ml)
Item2 : Dix (10) Bouteilles d’échantillonnage de GPL (Capacité : 1000 ml)
Paru au BAOSEM N°1487 du 25/03/2018, qu'à l’issue de l’ouverture publique des offres financières :
LOT N°1 : le marché a été attribué provisoirement au Soumissionnaire LES AUTOMATISMES APPLIQUES (LAA) pour un montant de 43 202,20 € (Quarante Trois Mille Deux Cent Deux Euros et Vingt Centimes) soit 5 922 974,10 DZD (Cinq Millions Neuf Cent Vingt Deux Mille Neuf Cent Soixante Quatorze Dinars et Dix Centimes).
LOT N°2 : le marché a été attribué provisoirement au Soumissionnaire ARBOCHIM pour un montant de 53 121,00 € (Cinquante Trois Mille Cent Vingt et Un Euros) soit 7 282 830,67 DZD (Sept Millions Deux Cent Quatre Vingt Deux Mille Huit Cent Trente Dinars et Soixante Sept Centimes).
Les Soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING

In accordance with measures concerning rules and regulations applicable to the National Company Sonatrach markets, Exploration and Production Activity - Laboratories Division, 1st November Avenue - Boumerdes 35000, informs bidders who took part in the National and International Open Competitive Bidding N°05/18/INV/DLCC/DTD/DCRDT for the supply of:
Supply of Sampling Bottles of Gas and LPG:
SET N°1: Ten (10) Sampling bottles of Gas (Capacity: 500 ml)
Ten (10) Sampling bottles of Gas (Capacity: 1000 ml)
SET N°2: Ten (10) Sampling bottles of LPG (Capacity: 500 ml)
Ten (10) Sampling bottles of LPG (Capacity: 1000 ml)
which was published in the Invitation to Tender Bulletin of Energy and Mining Sector (BAOSEM N°1487 dated on 25/03/2018), that after public opening of the financial offers, the commission in charge of the folds of the financial offers awards temporarily the market:
SET 1: to the tenderer LES AUTOMATISMES APPLIQUES (LAA), for an amount of 43 202,20 € (Forty-Three Thousand Two hundred and Two Euros and Twenty Centimes), that is to say 5 922 974,10 DZD (Five Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Dinars and Ten Centimes).
SET 2: to the tenderer ARBOCHIM, for an amount of 53 121,00 € (Fifty-Three thousand One hundred and Twenty-one Euros), that is to say 7 282 830,67 DZD (Seven million Two hundred eighty-Two thousand Eight Hundred Thirty dinars and Sixty-seven centimes).
Bidders concerned, who question the decision made by contracting service, may introduce recourse within five (05) days as from the date of publication of the notice for provisional attribution of contract in the BAOSEM to the contracting service to the following address:
