La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°29/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2023, portant sur la:

Fourniture de Câbles d’Instrumentation

Au profit du Projet : Système de collecte et de traitement des eaux de rejets industriels du terminal marin de Bejaia

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : RTI PARIS SAS

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 275 835.65 Euros / CFR Port Algérien ;

Soit en lettres: Deux Cent Soixante Quinze Mille Huit Cent Trente Cinq Euros et Soixante Cinq Centimes / CFR Port Algérien.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. 29/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023, relating to:

The supply of Instrumentation Cables

For the benefit of the Project: Industrial Wastewater Collection and Treatment System from the Bejaia Marine Terminal

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: RTI PARIS SAS

For a total amount of:

Either in figures: 275 835.65 Euros Euros / CFR Algerian Port;

Either in words: Two Hundred and Seventy-Five Thousand, Eight Hundred and Thirty-Five Euros and Sixty-Five Cents / CFR Algerian Port.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
