L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à la consultation restreinte Nationale et Internationale, portant la fourniture de « Centrales hydrauliques et clapets de sécurité », que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ASTON HUB LTD déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 1 445 203.70 EUR en CFR Port Algérien entendu.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISSION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.
