SONATRACH, Activité Exploration et Production - Division Production - Direction Régionale de Gassi-Touil, BP 107 Hassi-Messaoud -OUARGLA, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’avis d’appel d’offres national ouvert N° 10/SH/EP/PROD/GT/APT/2025, ayant pour objet :
Fourniture de colliers d’étanchéité pour entretien des collectes »
Paru au BAOSEM N° 2386 du 22/05/2025, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ci-dessous déclaré moins disant :
-EURL MYRIAD DISTRUBUTION , pour un montant de : Cinquante-deux millions cinq cent cinquante-cinq mille deux cent quatre-vingt-dix dinars algériens (52 555 290,00DA) en TTC hormis la TVA.
Les soumissionnaires contestant la présente attribution ont la possibilité d’introduire leurs recours auprès de la structure contractante au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis d’attribution.

أنه قد تم منح العقد مؤقتا للمؤسسة التي قدمت أقل عرض مالي وهي:
الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة: مؤسسة ميرياد للتوزيع EURL MYRIAD DISTRUBUTION بمبلغ مالي بدون احتساب الضريبة على القيمة المضافة، يقدربـ: ( 52 555 290,00 دج) اثنان وخمسون مليونًا وخمسمائة وخمسة وخمسون ألفًا ومائتان وتسعون دينارًا جزائريًا
كما أنه بإمكان مقدمي العروض المعترضين على اختيار الهيئة المتعاقدة تقديم طعن خلال خمسة أيام (05) من تاريخ نشر الإعلان في نشرة المناقصات الخاصة بقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM)
