- طبقا لأحكام المادة: 65 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم: 247/15 المؤرخ في: 02 ذي الحجة 1436 الموافق لـ 16 سبتمبر 2015 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام.
إن رئيس المجلس الشعبي البلدي لبلدية حاسي بونيف يعلن جميع العارضين الذين شاركوا في طلب عروض وطني المفتوح مع إشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 2025/15 الخاص بعملية :
تزويد المطاعم المدرسية لبلدية حاسي بونيف بالتغذية - للسنة المالية 2026: حصة 01 : خضر وفواكه .- حصة 02 : لحوم (العجل- دجاج) و بيض حصة 03 : مواد غذائية عامة - حصة 04 : خبز.
- ان المنح المؤقت للعملية لصالح مؤسسة تلي ميلود والصادر بالجرائد الوطنية و Le jeune Independant يوم 2026/01/28(الجمهورية) يوم 2026/01/29 انه تم تصحيحه في الحصة رقم 04
