L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf : 07/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025, portant
fourniture de deux (02) moteurs complets CATERPILLAR type C15.
que cette dernière, a été déclarée infructueuse par la Commission d’Evaluation des Offres Techniques pour motif qu’aucune offre technique n’est jugée conforme aux exigences du dossier de consultation.
Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent marché, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux marchés de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysics Company “ENAGEO” informs the bidders who participated by tender Ref. 07/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2025, relating to relating to
Supply of two (02) complete CATERPILLAR type C15 engines.
that the latter was declared unsuccessful by the Technical Bid Evaluation Committee due to the grounds that no technical offer is deemed to comply with the requirements of the consultation file.
Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.

بعدم جدوى الاستشارة من قبل لجنة تقييم العروض الفنية بسبب عدم وجود أي عرض يتوافق مع متطلبات ملف الاستشارة.
يجوز للمترشحين تقديم طعونهم على عدم الجدوى في إطار هذه الصفقة في أجل لا يتعدى خمسة (05) أيام مفتوحة من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت فيBAOSEM، الطعون توجه عن طريق دائرة تحرير الصفقات إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للصفقات و هذا وفقا للإجراءات المنصوص عليها في دفتر الشروط (Point IS 21/1 Page 27)
