L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 56/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant fourniture de :

Lot n° 01 : Divers filtration pour engins,

Lot n° 02 : PDR KENWORTH model T800 6X6.

que le contrat afférent au lot n° 01, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire EURL SOCAFIL - Algérie comme suit :

Montant Avant remise : 4 222 876,00 DA/HTVA,

Montant Après remise : 4 201 022,50 DA/HTVA,

Délai livraison : Trois (03) mois maximum.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER DISCOUNT

N° 56/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024 - batch n° 01

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 56/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to Supply of :

Batch n° 01: Various filtration for machines,

Batch n° 02: Spare parts KENWORTH model T800 6X6.

that the contract relating to batch n° 01, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer EURL SOCAFIL - Algérie as follows:

Amount Before discount: 4 222 876,00 DA/HTVA,

Amount After discount: 4 201 022,50 DA/HTVA,

Delivery time: Three (03) months maximum.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
