FOURNITURE DE DIVERS MOTEURS ELECTRIQUES ASYNCHRONES HT EN 03 LOTS DISTINCTS

La Société Sonatrach/ Activité Raffinage Pétrochimie-Division Exploitation Raffinage – Raffinerie d’Alger, sise à Sidi Arcine- Baraki- BP 185 El- Harrach – Alger, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Restreinte n°02-2023/ IMFS/RA1G portant sur la fourniture de divers moteurs électriques asynchrones HT en trois lots distincts :

• Lot n° 1 : Fourniture d’un (01) moteur électrique asynchrone haute tension ATEX d’une puissance de 200 kW.

• Lot n°2 : Fourniture de deux (02) moteurs électriques asynchrones haute tension ATEX d’une puissance de 160 kW.

• Lot n°3 : Fourniture d’un (01) moteur électrique asynchrone haute tension d’une puissance de 665 kW.

Qu’après examen et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les lots 01,02 et 03 ont été attribués provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

Lot 01 :

WEG France SAS pour un montant de quarante-sept mille trois cents Euros en HT/CFR

Port d’Alger (47 300, 00 €).

Lot 02 :

WEG France SAS pour un montant de quatre-vingt-treize mille six cents Euros en HT/CFR Port d’Alger (93 600.00 €).

Lot 03 :

HELMKE ORBIS pour un montant de soixante-sept mille deux cent huit Euros en HT/CFR Port d’Alger (67 208.00 €).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante, peuvent introduire un recours auprès de cette dernière dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication du présent avis dans le BAOSEM auprès de la Raffinerie d’Alger, Département Passation des Marchés.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

RESTRICTED CONSULTATION

N° 02-2023/IMFS/RA1G

Sonatrach Company –Refining & Petrochemistry Activity – Exploitation Refining Division- Algiers Refinery- Sidi Arcine-Baraki- POB N° 185, El-Harrach, Algiers, informs bidders who have participated in the Restricted Consultation N° 02-2023/IMFS/RA1G, related to:

Supply of various asynchronous electrical motors high voltage in three (03 separate batches):

• BATCH 1: Supply of one (01) ATEX high voltage asynchronous electric motor with a power of 200 kW.
• BATCH 2: Supply of two (02) ATEX high voltage asynchronous electric motors with a power of 160 kW.
• BATCH 3: Supply of one (01) ATEX high voltage asynchronous electric motor with a power of 665 kW.

That after the technical and financial evaluation, the batches 01, 02 and 03 of the present Contract have been temporarily awarded to the following bidders:

WEG France SAS : (Batch 01)

For an amount of: Forty-seven thousand three hundred Euros HT/CFR Algiers Port
(47 300, 00 €).

WEG France SAS : (Batch 02)

For an amount of: Ninety-three thousand six hundred Euros HT/CFR Algiers Port (93 600.00 €).

HELMKE ORBIS : (Batch 03)

For an amount of: Sixty-seven thousand two hundred and eight Euros HT/CFR Algiers Port (67 208.00 €).

Bidders who disagree the choice made by the contracting structure, are allowed to lodge an appeal with the contracting structure following the five (05) business days, starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM, at Département Passation des Marchés, Algiers Refinery.
