AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT APRES NEGOCIATION

Consultation restreinte n° 25/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024- lots n° 01, 02 et 04

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf. 25/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant :

Fourniture de divers PDR et moteurs pour groupes électrogènes, répartis en quatre (04) lots :

Lot n° 01 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes AMIMER ENERGIE,

Lot n° 02 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes BERTOLI,

Lot n° 03 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes HATZ,

Lot n° 04 : PDR pour divers groupes électrogènes EL-DJARISSI.

Que les lots n° 01, 02 et 04, ont été provisoirement attribués comme suit :

01/ PITTERI VIOLINI - Italie :

Lot n° 01 :

Montant Avant négociation : 323 151,00 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Montant Après négociation : 319 180,25 Euro/CFR Port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia,

Délai de livraison : Six (06) Mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

Lot n° 02:

Pour un montant de 97 000,00 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) Mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.

02/ BERTOLI - Italie :

Lot n° 04:

Pour un montant de 5 593,00 Euro/CFR port d’Alger et/ou Bejaia

Délai de livraison : Six (06) Mois maximum.

Critère de choix : Continuation du processus avec la seule offre conforme.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT AFTER NEGOTIATION

N° 25/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024- Batchs n° 01, 02 and 04

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 25/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to

Supply of various spare parts and motors for generator sets, divided into four (04) batchs:

Batch n° 01 : Spare parts for various generators AMIMER ENERGIE,

Batch n° 02 : Spare parts for various generators BERTOLI,

Batch n° 03 : Spare parts for various generators HATZ,

Batch n° 04 : Spare parts for various generators EL-DJARISSI.

That the Batchs n° 01, 02 and 04 were provisionally awarded as follows: 

01/ PITTERI VIOLINI - Italy:

Batch n° 01:

Amount before Negotiation: 323 151,00 Euro/CFR port of Algiers or Bejaia,

Amount after Negotiation: 319 180,25 Euro/CFR port of Algiers or Bejaia,

Delivery time: Six (06) months maximum.

Selection criteria: Continuation of the process with the only compliant offer.

Batch n° 02:

For an amount of:  97 000,00 Euro /CFR port of Algiers or Bejaia,

Delivery time: Six (06) months maximum.

Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.

02/ BERTOLI - Italy:

Batch n° 04:

For an amount of:  5 593,00 Euro /CFR port of Algiers or Bejaia,

Delivery time: Six (06) months maximum.

Selection criteria: Continuation of the process with the only compliant offer.

Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM,  in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form
