La Société Algérienne de Stimulation, Cimentation et Fracturation de Puits Pétroliers ALSCiF Spa , sise à Oued Irara, BP 208 Hassi –Messaoud, Ouargla, Algérie, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’Appel d’Offres National et international Ouvert :N° 12-O/ALSCiF/DG/2024 relatif à :

FOURNITURE DE DIX (10) UNITES DE POMPAGE TWIN MONTEES SUR REMORQUE 10.000PSI

 En trois (03) lots distincts

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2312 du 20/10/2024 a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

• Pour lot N°01 Fourniture de Quatre (04) unités de pompage Twin montées sur remorque 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD avec un montant de 3 370 463,10 USD
• Pour lot N° 02 Fourniture de Trois(03) unités de pompage Twin montées sur remorque 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD avec un montant de 2 576 291,80 USD
• Pour lot N° 03 Fourniture de Trois(03) unités de pompage Twin montées sur remorque 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD avec un montant de 2 576 291,80 USD
• Avec un montant total des (lot1+lot2+lot3) : 8 523 046,60 USD un remise de 1.72% a été accordée le nouveau montant total soit : 8 423 046,60 USD

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire, peut introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission de contrôle de conformité de l’Entreprise, déposé contre accusé de réception, au niveau du Département de Passation des Contrats, sise à la Direction Générale d’ALSCiF , Hassi Messaoud, Oued Irara, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrable, à compter de la date de parution de présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

La Société Algérienne de Stimulation, Cimentation et Fracturation de Puits Pétroliers ALSCiF based in Oued Irara, BP 208, Hassi-Messaoud, Ouargla, Algeria, informs all Bidders who participated in the Competitive national and international tender N° 12-O/ALSCiF/DG/2024 concerning:

SUPPLY OF TEN (10) UNITS PUMPINGTWIN MONTED TRALER 10.OOO PSI

In three (03) batchs separated

Appeared in the BAOSEM N° 2312 of 20/10/2024 that the tender has been Temporarily awarded to the flowing Bidders:

• For 1st batch Supply of four (04) Units pumping twin mounted trailer 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD: with the amount of : 3 370 463,10 USD

• For 2nd batch: Supply of Three (03) Units pumping twin mounted trailer 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD: with the amount of : 2 576 291,80 USD
• For 3rd batch: Supply of Three (03) Units pumping twin mounted trailer 10.000 PSI : SHANDONG YUKOS PETROLEUM EQUIPMEYNT CO.LTD: with the amount of : 2 576 291,80 USD
• With a total amount of (lot1+lot2+lot3): 8 523 046,60 USD a discount of 1.72% was granted, bringing the new total amount to: 8 423 046,60 USD

Any Tenderer contesting the Provisional Award may appeal to the President of the Commission of the Conformity Control, filed against receipt at the level of the “Départment de Passation des Contrats” located in ALSCiF Hassi-Messaoud, Oued Irara at latest within the (05) effective days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.After this time, no appeal shall be acceptable
