INVITATION TO NATIONAL
AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED
TENDER Nº140/2025
The company COSIDER TRAVAUX PUBLICS is launching a national and international
restricted tender for the supply of:
300 000 units of prestressed wires, for M450 monobloc sleepers, with a load
of 22.5 tons per axle, for the construction of the railway line KSAR EL
BOUKHARI - BOUGHEZOUL.
The current tender is aimed at companies specialized in manufacturing and/or distributing
prestressed products, which have supplied similar products in Algeria, supported by convincing
document(s) (certificate of good execution, provisional or final acceptance report)
Bidders must include in their offer a bid bond of an amount greater than or equal to 1% of the
total amount of the offer.
Bidders interested in this tender can withdraw the specifications against payment of twenty five
thousand dinars (25 000, 00 DA), at the following address:

The offers constituted of all documents required in the specifications, must be presented in
