Batch 01: Filtration for Eight (08) Bulls brand CATERPILLAR Type D8R Serial numbers: 9EM07834 to 9EM09195/RJM00259 to RJM00479.

That the contract has been awarded to:

Selected supplier: J. EISENBARTH.GMBH

Contract amount: 14.400.00 EUR/CFR

Delivery period: 03 Months CFR Incoterm 2020

Any tenderer questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse within five (05) working days utmost as of the date of publication of the provisional contract awarding notice in the BAOSEM with the contracting structure domiciled at:

Direction Matériel, B P N° 03 Zone industrielle Oued Smar Alger.
