Que, le marché a été attribué définitivement au soumissionnaire :
ENTRAC - Tunisie, pour un montant de: Un Million Cent Soixante Six Mille Neuf Cent Euros (1 166 900, 00 €), CFR port Alger en Hors Taxes.
