The Sonatrach Company, Downstream Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Arzew Refinery informs all the tenderers who took part in the National and International Open Competitive Invitation to Tender N°EXP A 23/20, regarding the: Supply of seals splitted in two parts:

Part 1 : metalloplastics seals

Part 2 : spiral wound gaskets ».

Published in the BAOSEM N° 1796 of 09/09/2020, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to:

- Part N° 01 : the company CALVO SEALING S, L for a total amount CFR port of Oran of: Fifty-one thousand one hundred and sixty-one euro and six hundred and ninety centimes (51,161, 690 Euro).

-Part N° 02 : the company SRL SAS for a total amount CFR port of Oran of: Nineteen thousand sixty-five us dollars and ninety-eight cents (19 065.98 Usd).

The tenderers questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby Refinery of Arzew in a delay of five (05) days as from the date of publication of this notice, to:

Sonatrach, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d’Arzew informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° EXP A 23/20 portant sur la fourniture de joints en deux lots distincts :

Lot 01 : joints métalloplastique

Lot 02 : joints spirales,

paru dans le BAOSEM N° 1796 du 09/09/2020, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement à :

Lot N° 01 : La société CALVO SEALING S, L pour un montant total CFR port d’Oran de cinquante et un mille cent soixante et un Euro et six cent quatre-vingt-dix Centimes

Lot N° 02 : La société SRL SAS pour un montant total CFR port d’Oran de dix-neuf mille soixante-cinq Dollars et quatre-vingt-dix-huit Centimes (19 065, 98 USD).

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie d’Arzew peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis auprès du:
