D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL RESTREINT

Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux  sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Alegria production BV régi par le décret  93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-FINE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National & International Restreint GSE N° 5449-CDM-00-SH-24 ayant pour objet :

FOURNITURE DE KITS D’ETANCHEITE & ANODES POUR LE SHUTDOWN 2026 - CHAMP MLE 

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2296 du 03/09/2024 que le marché a été attribué au soumissionnaires les moins disant par item :

• pour les items 5, 6 et 9 avec un montant de 25,104.50 USD
• pour les items 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17 et 18 avec un montant de 16,085 .00 USD
• pour l’item 16 avec un montant de 22,520.00 USD
• pour les items 1 à 4, 8, 12, 15 et 19 avec un montant de 8,000.00 EUR

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO

TENDER N°: 5449-CDM-00-SH-24

The Sonatrach-Eni Group made up of the two companies Sonatrach, and Eni Algeria Production BV governed by decree 93-08 of 04/25/1993, operator in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW , ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in the SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, informs the bidders

informs the bidders who participated in the National & International Restricted invitation to Tenders GSE No. 5449-CDM-00-SH-24 for the subject of :

Supply of Isolation Kits & Anode for Shutdown 2026 - MLE Field

published in the BAOSEM No. 2296 of September 03^rd 2024, that the contract was awarded to the lowest bidders per ITEM:

• for the items 5, 6 and 9 with an amount of 25,104.50 USD
• for the items 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17 and 18 with an amount of 16,085 .00 USD
• for the item 16  with an amount of 22,520.00 USD
• the items 1 to 4, 8, 12, 15 and 19 with an amount of 8,000.00 EUR

Any bidder contesting this award may lodge an appeal with the chairman of the Sonatrach-Eni group's procurement committee, at the latest within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.                                  

After this deadline, no appeal will be admissible.
