Que le marché a été attribué lors de l’ouverture des offres commerciales à la société :
Fournisseur retenu : Commerciale Tubi Acciaio Spa (CTA Spa).
Montant Contractuel : 235 375,00 $ USD CFR Incoterm 2020 port Algérien de destination.
Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Achats sise à la Zone industrielle d’Oued Smar El Harrach.
