LOT 02: (08) GROUPES ELECTROGENES 500 KVA

LOT 03 : (07) GROUPES ELECTROGENES 350 KVA

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement comme suit :

Lot N°01 : au soumissionnaire EURL SAMISEC pour un montant de : Quatre Vingt Cinq Millions Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA soit en chiffre : 85 000 000,00DA/HTVA.

Lot N°02 : au soumissionnaire EURL SAMISEC pour un montant de : Soixante Huit Millions Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA soit en chiffre : 68 000 000,00DA/HTVA.

Lot N°03 : au soumissionnaire GENERAL HYDRO ELECTRIQUE pour un montant de: Quarante et un Millions Sept Cent Vingt Cinq Mille Cent Soixante Dix Sept Dinars Algériens en Hors TVA et 97 centimes soit en chiffre :

41 725 177, 97DA/HTVA.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).

Supply of:

Batch 01: 10 Ten POWER GENERATORS 500 KVA

Batch 02: 08 Eight POWER GENERATORS 500 KVA

Batch 03: 07 Seven POWER GENERATORS 350 KVA

That the contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:

batch N°01: to the tenderer: « EURL SAMISEC » for an amount of 85.000.000.00 DZD/ Excl. VAT.

batch N°02: to the tenderer: « EURL SAMISEC » for an amount of 68.000.000.00 DZD/ Excl. VAT.

batch N°03: to the tenderer: « GENERAL HYDRO ELECTRIQUE » for an amount of 41.725.177.97 DZD/ Excl. VAT.

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure SDAS of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
