La Société Algérienne De Réalisation De Projets Industriels, Société Par Actions, par abréviation « SARPI SPA » filiale à 100% SONATRACH, au capital social de 2 172 000 000 DA, dont le siège social est sis à 24, rue de Timgad, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à Relance Restreinte de l’Appel d’Offres par Consultation N°05/RR/2022 portant : « Fourniture de matériaux de revêtement externe anti-corrosion de type bi composant destinés pour les canalisations de transport hydrocarbures liquides et gazeux (Relance de l’A.O.N.I. Ouvert N° 24/A/2022) »

Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « TIB CHEMICALS » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 1 381 956.00 Euros ; Soit en lettre :

Un Million Trois Cents Quatre Vingt et Un Mille Neuf Cent Cinquante-Six Euros »

Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure DPS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Contract Awarding

The Algerian Company of the Industrial Projects Realization, a joint stock company, abridged “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a capital  of 2 172 000 000 DZD, located at: 24, Rue de Timgad, Hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the restricted restart invitation to tender by Consultation N° 05/RR/2022, regarding:

Supply of anti-corrosion coating materials for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon transport pipelines (Restart of the national and international open invitation to tender N° 24/A/2022)

That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: “TIB CHEMICALS”, declared the lower offering for an amount of 1 381 956 00 €, that is in letters: One Million, Three Hundred and Eighty-One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty-Six Euros

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse, addressed to:

The President of the Contract’s Commission of SARPI Spa

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the DPS Structure of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Bulletin of the Invitations to Tender of the Energy and Mine Sector (BAOSEM)
