ayant pour objet :
Fourniture de matériel de calorifuge
Lot 01 : Tôle INOX 6/10 en rouleaux
Lot 02 : Tôle Aluminium en rouleaux
Lot 03 : laine de roche et accessoires
La société de maintenance industrielle, par abréviation SOMIK-SPA informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’appel d’Offres National et International ouvert, en une seule étape N°06/APPRO/2022, ayant pour objet :
Fourniture de matériel de calorifuge
Paru dans le BAOSEM le 22/08/2022, que le marché est attribué provisoirement comme suit :
LOT 01 (Tôle en INOX 6/10 en rouleaux) attribué au soumissionnaire TECHNOCAST SPA pour un montant de : 50 658 835.50 DA/TTC avec un délai de livraison de (04) mois.
LOT 02 (Tôle Aluminium en rouleaux) attribué au soumissionnaire OGS France pour un montant de : 328 800.00 EURO/CFR avec un délai de livraison de (03) mois.
LOT 03 (laine de roche et accessoires) attribué au soumissionnaire SARL ALLEXPORT pour un montant de : 456 950.00 EURO/CFR avec un délai de livraison de 59 jours.
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante peut introduire un recours auprès de la Structure Contractante.
Le recours est introduit obligatoirement dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM, Si le cinquième jour coïncide avec un jour non ouvrable ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite de recours est prorogée au jour ouvrable suivant.
Le recours d’un soumissionnaire ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises par la Structure Contractante, dans le traitement de son offre.
Tout recours introduit par un soumissionnaire doit comporter :
Les noms (prénoms), qualité, fonction, raison sociale et adresse du siège social du soumissionnaire
Les références et l’objet de l’appel d’offres concerné ;
Un exposé des motifs du recours, daté et signé, accompagné de toutes pièces justificatives.
Les recours des soumissionnaires doivent être déposés ou transmis à la Structure Contractante, désignée dans l’Avis d’Appel d’Offres et/ou dans le Dossier d’Appel d’Offres et ce, contre un accusé de réception.

The Company of Industrial Maintenance, abridged “SOMIK-Spa”, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender in a single step N° 06/APPRO/2022, regarding:
Supply of thermal insulation material
Published in the Baosem on August, 22nd 2022, that the contract has been awarded as follows:
Batch n° 01 (INOX sheet 6/10 in roll) awarded to the tenderer: TECHNOCAST Spa for an amount of 50 658 835.50 DZD/Tax Included with a delivery period of 04 months;
Batch n° 02 (Aluminum sheet in roll) awarded to the tenderer: OGS France for an amount of 328 800.00 €/CFR with a delivery period of 03 months;
Batch n° 03 (Rockwool and accessories) awarded to the tenderer: SARL ALLEXPORT for an amount of 456 950.00 €/CFR with a delivery period of 59 days.
The tenderers questioning the choice operated by the Contracting Structure may introduce recourse nearby the Contracting Structure.
The recourse must be introduced in a period of 05 workdays as of the date of the publication of the provisional contract awarding in the Baosem. If the fifth day coincides a non-workday or a legal day off, the recourse introduction deadline shall be postponed to the following workday.
The tenderer’s recourse must be about the decision taken by the Contracting Structure in the evaluation of his/ her own offer.
All recourse introduced by the tenderer must contain:
- The surname (first name), position, company name and registered office address of the tenderer;
- The references and the subject of the call for tenders concerned;
- A statement of the grounds for recourse, dated and signed, accompanied by all supporting documents.
Tenderers' recourse must be filed with or transmitted to the Contracting Structure designated in the tender notice and/or tender documents, in return of an acknowledgement receipt.
