OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL Nº DA/01/ MATIERES PREMIERES /2024
The Public Company for the Manufacture and Marketing of medical device, Parapharmaceutical and Personal Hygiene Products (EPE -SOCOTHYD -SPA), is launching an Open National and International Call for Tenders, for the supply of raw materials mentioned below :
LOT Nº01 : Raw Materials for Jersey Bandage :
> Sous Lot Nº 12: 19 427 Jumbo Rolls of Jersey Bandage 10/15 cm x 100 ml
> Sous Lot Nº 02: 18 168 Jumbo Rolls of Jersey Bandage 20/25/30 cm x 100 ml
+ LOT Nº02 : Materials for Plaster bandage Products :
> Sous Lot Nº 01 : 12 685 Rolls of Plaster Impregnated Gauze 10 CM X (171 à 172 M)
Tenderers must tender for one batch or many batches, the contracting department reserves the right to limit the number of lots allocated to each tenderer
The list of the documents required relating to the technical and financial offer is mentioned in the article Nº 15 of the specifications.
The withdrawal of the specification relative to the present invitation to tender, can be done on a written of request, starting from the date of its publication to the national daily newspapers and the BOMOP, in the office of the markets of EPE-SOCOTHYD SPA, located in ISSER 35230 WILAYA OF BOUMERDES ALGERIA.

The technical and financial offers must be closed and sealed, and inserted in two envelopes the various and bearing mentions, "technical offer" and "financial offer".
These two envelopes must be inserted, in a third closed envelope and anonymity being marked:

The folds must be deposited or received at the address following:
OFFICE OF THE MARKETS OF EPE-SOCOTHYD-SPA LOCATED IN ISSER 35230 WILAYA OF BOUMERDES ALGERIA
The duration of preparation of the offers is fixed at 30 days as from the first publication of this notice of appeal, in one of the two national dailies.
The folds must be deposited or received the last day of the preparation of the offers, 22/01/2025 before 13h00.
The opening of folders will be the last day of preparation offers at 14h00 in public séance in the meeting room of the head office of SOCOTHYD.
The tenderers are invited to attend the opening of the folds per the day and hour indicated above.
The tenderers will remain engaged by their offers throughout 120 days, as from the date of deposit of the offers.
