L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la consultation restreinte réf :
38/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2023, portant :
Fourniture de Moteurs complets pour divers camions IVECO (4X4) et (6X6).
Que le contrat y afférent, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire TASKIF- 2B GROUP LLC comme suit:
Montant du contrat : 1 182 800,00 EUR/ CFR port d’Alger.
Délai de livraison : Neuf (09) mois maximum à concurrence de deux (02) expéditions, selon le planning,
Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.
Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT
N° 38/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2023
The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by tender ref: 38/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2023, concerning:
Supply of complete engines for various IVECO trucks (4x4) and (6x6).
That the latter, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer TASKIF- 2B GROUP LLC as follows:
Contract Amount: 1 182 800,00 EUR/ CFR Port of Algiers,
Delivery time: Nine (09) months maximum up to two (02) shipments, according to schedule,
Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.
Any bidder who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.

تعلم المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء مقدمي العروض الذين شاركوا بالاستشارة رقم38/CR/DAGS/FONCT/2023المتعلقة
بتوريد محركات كاملة لمختلف شاحنات IVECO (4×4) و(6×6).
بأن الاستشارة قد تم منحها مؤقتا لمقدم العرض TASKIF- 2B GROUP LLC على النحو التالي:
قيمة العقد: 1 182 800,00 أورو/ CFR ميناء الجزائر ،
مدة التسليم: تسعة (09) أشهر كحد أقصى وبحد أقصى شحنتين (02)، وفقًا للجدول الزمني،
معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل سعر على أساس السعر وحده.
يجوز للمترشيحين تقديم طعونهم على المنح المؤقت في إطار هذه الصفقة في أجل لا يتعدى خمسة (05) أيام مفتوحة من تاريخ نشر إشعار المنح المؤقت فيBAOSEM ، الطعون توجه عن طريق دائرة تحرير الصفقات إلى رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة للصفقات و هذا وفقا للإجراأت المنصوص عليها في دفتر الشروط (Point IS 21/1 Page 27)
