La Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels, Société Par Actions, par abréviation « SARPI SPA » filiale à 100 % SONATRACH, au capital social de 2 172 000 000 DA, dont le siège social est sis à 10, rue Mohamed Taher Semmani, Hydra, Alger, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N° 07/A/2023, portant :
Fourniture de moyens de transport marchandise allotie en trois lots :
LOT (01) : Huit (08) camions 6X6 ravitailleurs carburant 10M3
Quatorze (14) Camions citerne à eau 20 M3 avec lanceur et système d’arrosage
LOT (02) : Sept (07) camions de maintenance 4X4
LOT (03) : Quatre (04) camions à benne 16 M3 6X6
Quatorze (14) camions à benne 16 M3 6X4
Deux (02) Camions à benne 2.5
Que le Lot N°01 : « Huit (08) camions 6X6 ravitailleurs carburant 10M3 & Quatorze (14) Camions citerne à eau 20 M3 avec lanceur et système d’arrosage » est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 3 417 490.00 Euro CFR en chiffre ;
Soit en lettre : trois millions quatre cent dix-sept mille quatre cent quatre-vingt-dix euro CFR.
Que le Lot N°02 : « Sept (07) camions de maintenance 4X4 » est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SILFE SRL » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 1 056 363.00 Euro CFR en chiffre ;
Soit en lettre : Un million cinquante-six mille trois cent soixante-trois euro CFR.
Que le Lot N°03 : « Quatre (04) camions à benne 16 M3 6X6 & Quatorze (14) camions à benne 16 M3 6X4 & Deux (02) Camions à benne 2.5 » est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « INTRACO SPA » déclaré le moins disant pour un montant de 2 402 320.00 Euro CFR en chiffre ;
Soit en lettre : Deux millions quatre cent deux mille trois cent vingt euro CFR.
Les soumissionnaires contestataires de cette attribution, peuvent introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission des Marchés Entreprise de SARPI Spa et déposé contre-accusé de réception au niveau de la structure SDAS de SARPI Spa, au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Énergie et des Mines (BAOSEM).

Provisional Awarding Notice
The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, a joint stock company, abridged “SARPI Spa”, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, with a capital of 2 172 000 000 DZD, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 07/A/2023, regarding:
Supply of means of transport of goods divided into three lots
Batch 01: Eight (08) 6X6 fuel tanker trucks 10M3
Fourteen (14) 20 M3 water tank trucks with launcher and watering system
Batch 02: Seven (07) 4X4 maintenance trucks
Batch (03): Four (04) 16 M3 6X6 dump trucks
Fourteen (14) 16 M3 6X4 dump trucks
Two (02) 2.5 dump trucks
That the batch N°01: “Eight (08) 6X6 fuel tanker trucks 10M3 & Fourteen (14) 20 M3 water tank trucks with launcher and watering system” has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: « INTRACO SPA » declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of 3,417,490.00 Euro.
That the batch N°02: “Seven (07) 4X4 maintenance trucks” has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: « SILFE SRL » declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of 1.056.363.00 Euro.
That the batch N°03: “Four (04) 16 M3 6X6 dump trucks & Fourteen (14) 16 M3 6X4 dump trucks & Two (02) 2.5 dump trucks” has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: « INTRACO SPA » declared the lowest tenderer for an amount of 2.402.320.00 Euro.
The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:
The President of the Contracts’ Commission of the Company SARPI Spa
And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure SDAS of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).

انه تم منح الحصة 01 " 08 شاحنات 6x 6 للتزويد بالوقود 10م3 و14 شاحنة صهريج ماء 20 م3 مع قاذفة ونظام الري" مؤقتا الى المترشح: INTRACO SPA الأقل عرضا مقابل مبلغ 3.417.490.00 يورو.
انه تم منح الحصة 02 " 07 شاحنات صيانة 4x4" مؤقتا الى المترشح: SILFE SRL الأقل عرضا لمبلغ 1.056.363.00 يورو.
انه تم منح الحصة 03: 04 شاحنات تفريغ 16م3 6x4 و14 شاحنة تفريغ 16 م3 6x4 و02 شاحنتي تفريغ 2.5" مؤقتا الى المترشح: INTRACO SPA الأقل عرضا مقابل مبلغ 2.402.320.00 يورو.
يمكن للمترشحين المعارضين لهذا المنح تقديم طعن لدى رئيس لجنة تنظيم الصفقات لشركة صاربي/ش.ذ.ا مقابل إقرار بالاستلام على مستوى الهيئة المتعاقدة لشركة صاربي/ش.ذ.ا في مدة اجلها 05 أيام عمل، ابتداء من تاريخ أول نشر للمنح المؤقت في نشرة مناقصات قطاع الطاقة والمناجم الباوسم.
