AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT

Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale n° 30/DAGS/FONCT/2024 –lot n° 06

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 30/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant fourniture de PDR pour deux cent quarante-deux (242) VLTT TOYOTA HILUX D/C, répartis en six (06) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Organes,

Lot n° 02 : PDR pour moteur,

Lot n° 03 : PDR pour chassis,

Lot n° 04 : PDR carrosserie,

Lot n° 05 : PDR électrique,

Lot n° 06 : Filtrations.

que le lot n° 06, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire SARL PIONEER FILTER IMP-EXP pour un montant total du contrat :

13 000 000,00 HTVA/DZ.

Délai de livraison : Deux (02) mois.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le resultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT

Tender open to national and international competition n° 30/DAGS/FONCT/2024 – batch n°06

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by a National and International Open Competitive invitation to tender n°30/DAGS/FONCT/2024 , relating to Supply of Spare parts for two hundred and forty-two (242) VLTT TOYOTA HILUX D/C, divided into six (06) Batchs:

Batch n° 01: Components,

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for engine,

Batch n° 03: Spare parts for chassis,

Batch n° 04: Spare parts bodywork,

Batch n° 05: Spare parts electric,

Batch n° 06: Filtrations.

That the Batch n°06 was provisionally awarded to the tenderer SARL PIONEER FILTER IMP-EXP for a contract amount of:

13 000 000, 00 HTVA/DZ.

Délai de livraison : Deux (02) mois.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any bidder who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.
