Il est porté à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N° 51/2024/APPROS/HMD, relatif à la Fourniture de PDR pour pompes anti-incendie marque PLENTY MIRRLESS Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2293 du 26/08/2024 qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le marché a été attribué au soumissionnaire classé le moins disant, à savoir :
WIT SAL INC pour un montant de 83 631,52 GBP
Le Soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat d’attribution provisoire du Contrat, peut introduire un recours auprès de la Structure Contractante dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat dans le BAOSEM.

AO N° 51/2024/APPROS/HMD
It is brought to the attention of all bidders having participating in the open national and international call for tenders N ° 51/2024 / APPROS /HMD relating to the supply of spare parts for PLENTY MIRRLESS brand fire pumps Published in BAOSEM N ° 2293 of 26/08/2024 at the end of the opening and evaluation of the technical and financial offres, the contract was awarded to the tenderer ranked lowest, namely WIT SAL INC for an amount of 83 63,52 GBP excluding VAT, CFR port of Algiers.
The Bidder who disputes the result of the provisional award of the Contract may lodge an appeal with the Contracting Authority within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the Contract in BAOSEM.

". اقتناء قطع غيار لمضخات الحريق ذات العلامة التجارية PLENTY MIRRLESS والتي تم الإعلان عليها على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM)، عدد 2293، بتاريخ 26/08/2024 بأنه بعد فتح وتقييم العروض التقنية والمالية تم المنح المؤقت للصفقة للمتعهد WIT SAL INC ، بمبلغ قدره :83 631,52 GBP
معيار الاختيار: العرض الأقل تكلفة.
بإمكان كافة المتعهدين المعترضين على هذا المنح المؤقت للصفقة إيداع الطعون خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل الموالية لتاريخ صدور هذا الإعلان على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم.
