AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU CONTRAT

Appel d’Offres n° 12/DAGS/FONCT/2024

Lot 01, 02, 03 et 04

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 12/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant fourniture de PDR pour divers camions ASTRA, répartis en cinq (05) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Boite de vitesse ZF pour camions ASTRA 6x6 et 4x4,

Lot n° 02 : Ponts et nez de ponts pour camions ASTRA 6x6 et 4x4,

Lot n° 03 : PDR pour camions ASTRA 6X6 et 4x4,

Lot n° 04 : Filtration pour camions ASTRA 6X6 et 4x4,

Lot n° 05 : PDR électrique pour camions ASTRA 6X6 et 4x4.

que les lots 01, 02, 03 et 04 du contrat y afférent, ont été provisoirement attribués aux soumissionnaire ASTRA comme suit :

Lot n°01: pour un montant du contrat : 278 107,70 EURO/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Lot n°02: pour un montant du contrat: 169 490,00 EURO/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Lot n°03: pour un montant du contrat: 590 870,00 EURO/CFR Port Bejaia ou / Alger.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Lot n°04: pour un montant du contrat: 17 731,10 EURO/CFR Port de Bejaia ou / Alger.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Critère de choix : Le prix le moins disant sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le résultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

PROVISIONAL AWARD NOTICE OF THE MARKET

Tender n° 12/DAGS/FONCT/2024

Batch N° 01, 02, 03 & 04

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated in the Call for Tenders Open to National and International Competition n°12/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to relating to supply of spare parts for various ASTRA trucks, divided into five (05) Batchs:

• Batch n°01: ZF gearbox for ASTRA 6x6 and 4x4 trucks,

• Batch n°02: Bridges and bridge noses for ASTRA 6x6 trucks and 4x4,

• Batch n°03: spare parts for ASTRA 6X6 and 4x4 trucks,

• Batch n°04: Filtration for ASTRA 6X6 and 4x4 trucks,

• Batch n°05: Electric spare parts for ASTRA 6X6 and 4x4 trucks.

That the batch 01, 02, 03 & 04 related contract, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer ASTRA as follows:

Batch n° 01 : for contract amount: 278 107,70 EURO/CFR port of Algers.

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Batch n° 02 : for contract amount: 169 490,00 EURO/CFR Port of Algers.

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Batch n° 03 : for contract amount: 590 870,00 EURO/CFR Port of Bejaia or / Algers.

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Batch n° 04 : for contract amount: 17 731,10 EURO/CFR Port of Bejaia or / Alger.

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Selection criteria: the lowest price based on price alone.

Any tenderer who contests the result made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
