N° 36/DAGS/FONCT/2024

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 36/DAGS/FONCT/2024, portant :

Fourniture de PDR pour MERCEDES, répartis en deux (02) lots:

Lot n° 01 : PDR pour MERCEDES G300,

Lot n° 02 : PDR pour  MERCEDES SPRINTER 515 CDI KA.

Que le contrat y afférent, a été provisoirement attribué au soumissionnaire MBR TRADING comme suit :

Lot n° 01 : pour un montant de 176 281.00 €/ CFR port d’Alger,

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Lot n° 02 : pour un montant de 34 732.50 €/ CFR port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Six (06) mois.

Critère de choix : L’offre la moins disante sur la base du prix seul.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le resultat opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des Marchés, dans les cinq (05)

jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine

de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF THE CONTRACT

Tender open to national and international competition                                   

 n° 36/DAGS/FONCT/2024

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated by a National and   International Open Competitive invitation to tender n°36/DAGS/FONCT/2024, relating to:

 Supply of Spare parts for MERCEDES

divided into two (02) Batch’s:

 Batch n° 01: Spare parts for MERCEDES G300,

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for MERCEDES SPRINTER 515 CDI KA.

That the contract, was provisionally awarded to the tenderer MBR TRADING as follows:

Batch n° 01: for a contract amount of 176 281.00 €/ CFR port of Alger

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Batch n° 02: for a contract amount of 34 732.50 €/ CFR port of Alger

Delivery time: Six (06) months.

Selection criteria: The lower offer on the basis of price alone.

Any bidder who contests the result  made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Company's Compliance Control Committee and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of

publication of the notice of provisional award of the contract to BAOSEM,  in accordance with the procedure for exercising and dealing with appeals by tenderers to contracts of the E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to Tenderers), under penalty of rejection for inadmissibility in form.
