Appel d’Offres n° 23/DAGS/FONCT/2023

L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 23/DAGS/FONCT/2023, portant :

Fourniture de PDR pour MITSUBISHI diesel D/C 4X4, répartis en trois (03) lots :

Lot n° 01 : Moteurs thermiques complet,

Lot n° 02 : Boites de vitesse et transfert,

Lot n° 03 : Divers PDR mécanique,

Que le contrat y afférent, a été provisoirement attribué comme suit :

01/ TFE – France :

Lot n° 01 : Moteurs thermiques complet,

Montant du contrat : 298 330,00 USD/CFR Port de Bejaia (Algérie).

Délai de livraison : Sept (07) mois à concurrence de trois (03) expéditions.

Lot n° 02 : Boites de vitesse et transfert,

Montant du contrat : 46 635,00 USD/CFR Port de Bejaia (Algérie).

Délai de livraison : Sept (07) mois à concurrence de deux (02) expéditions.

02/ SARL AMFAT :

Lot n° 03 : Divers PDR mécanique,

Montant du contrat : 37 399 118,73 DA/HTVA,

Délai de livraison : Sept (07) mois à concurrence de deux (02) expéditions.

Critère de choix : l’offre la moins disante.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des marchés, dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

PROVISIONAL AWARD NOTICE OF THE MARKET

Tender n° 23/DAGS/FONCT/2023

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated in the Call for Tenders Open to National and International Competition n°23/DAGS/FONCT/2023, relating to :

Supply of Spare parts for MITSUBISHI diesel D/C 4X4, divided into three (03) batchs:

Batch n° 01: Complete combustion engines,

Batch n° 02: Gearboxes and transfers,

Batch n° 03: Miscellaneous mechanical spare parts,

That the related contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:

01/ TFE – France :

Batch n° 01: Complete combustion engines,

Contract Amount: 298 330,00 USD/CFR Bejaia port (Algeria).

Delivery time: Seven (07) months with a maximum of three (03) shipments.

Batch n° 02: Gearboxes and transfers,

Contract Amount: 46 635,00 USD/CFR Bejaia port (Algeria).

Delivery time: Seven (07) months with a maximum of two (02) shipments.

02/ SARL AMFAT :

Batch n° 03: Miscellaneous mechanical spare parts,

Contract Amount: 37 399 118,73 DA/HTVA,

Delivery time: even (07) months with a maximum of two (02) shipments.

Selection criteria: the lowest bid.

Any tenderer who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
