L’Entreprise Nationale de Géophysique « ENAGEO » informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Ouvert à la Concurrence Nationale et Internationale réf. 34/DAGS/FONCT/2023, portant Fourniture de PDR pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO, répartis en sept (07) lots :

Lot n°01 : PDR pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°02 : PDR Mécanique pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°03 : Filtration pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°04 : Flexibles pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°05 : Moteur thermique pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°06 : Masse pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Lot n°07 : Démarreur pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO.

Que les lots n° 02, 03 ,04 & 07, ont été provisoirement attribués aux soumissionnaires comme suit :

1/ SERCEL :

Lot n° 02 : PDR Mécanique pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Montant du contrat : 56 628,90 EUR/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) mois.

Lot n° 04 : Flexibles pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Montant du contrat : 77 988,00 EUR/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) mois.

2/ ZHAOFENG SENSOR EQUIPMENT CO.LTD:

Lot n° 03 : Filtration pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Montant du contrat : 57 210,00 USD/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) mois.

Lot n° 07 : Démarreur pour vibrateur sismique N65 NEO,

Montant du contrat : 22 976,00 USD/CFR Port d’Alger.

Délai de livraison : Trois (03) mois.

Critère de choix : l’offre la moins disante.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la structure contractante dans le cadre du présent contrat, peut introduire un recours qui devra être adressé au Président de la Commission de Contrôle de Conformité de l’Entreprise et déposé auprès du Département Passation des marchés, dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat au BAOSEM, conformément à la procédure d’exercice et de traitement des recours des soumissionnaires aux contrats de l’E.NA.GEO indiquée au point 24 de la section 1 (Instructions aux soumissionnaires), sous peine de rejet pour irrecevabilité en la forme.

The National Geophysical Company "ENAGEO" informs the bidders who participated in the Call for Tenders Open to National and International Competition n°34/DAGS/FONCT/2023, relating to:

Supply of Spare parts for N65 NEO seismic vibrator divided into seven (07) Batchs:

Batch n° 01 : Spare parts for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 02 : Spare parts for Mechanics for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 03 : Filtration for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 04 : Hoses for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 05 : Combustion engine for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 06 : Mass for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Batch n° 07 : Starter for N65 NEO seismic vibrator.

That Batchs n° 02, 03, 04 & 07, were provisionally awarded to the tenderers as follows:

1/ SERCEL :

Batch n° 02: Spare parts for Mechanics for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Contract Amount: 56 628,90 EUR/CFR Algiers port.

Delivery time: Three (03) months.

Batch n° 04: Hoses for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Contract Amount: 77 988,00 EUR/CFR Algiers port.

Delivery time: Three (03) months.

Contract Amount: 57 210,00 USD/CFR Algiers port.

Delivery time: Three (03) months.

Batch n° 07: Starter for N65 NEO seismic vibrator,

Contract Amount: 22 976,00 USD /CFR Algiers port.

Delivery time: Three (03) months.

Selection criteria: the lowest bid.

Any tenderer who contests the choice made by the contracting structure within the framework of this contract, may lodge an appeal which must be addressed to the President of the Conformity Control Commission of the Company (CCCE) and filed with the Procurement Department, within five (05) working days from the date of publication of the provisional award notice of the contract to BAOSEM, in accordance with the procedure for exercising and processing tenderers' appeals to contracts of E. NA. GEO indicated in point 24 of Section 1 (Instructions to tenderers), failing which it will be rejected as inadmissible in form.
