La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et bâtiment, Direction Matériel, informe les soumissionnaires ayants participé à l’appel d’offre national et international ouvert N° 43/PDR/JUR/MTL/2024, paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2331 du 11/12/2024, portant sur 

fourniture de  Pièce de Rechange pour Trois (03) Moteurs de marque LIEBHERR  type D936 LA6, N° de série : 2013-04-4609.

Fournisseur retenu : SARL SODIP

Montant Contractuel : 53 995 ,25 EUR/CFR

Délais de Livraison : 30 Jour  CFR Incoterm 2020.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un  recours au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Matériel, B P N° 03 Zone industrielle Oued Smar Alger.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

The National Company of Civil Engineering and Building, Material Department, informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 43/PDR/JUR/MTL/2024 published on the BAOSEM N° 2331 of December ,11^th     2024 regarding:

Supply of spare parts for three (03) engines LIEBHERR brand type D936 LA6, serial number: 2013-04-4609

That the contract has been awarded to:

Selected supplier: SARL SODIP

Contract amount: 53.995.25 EUR/CFR

Delivery period: 30 days CFR Incoterm 2020

Any tenderer questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse within five (05) working days utmost as of the date of publication of the provisional contract awarding notice in the BAOSEM with the contracting structure domiciled at:

Direction Matériel, B P N° 03 Zone industrielle Oued Smar Alger.
