La Société Sonatrach Activité Liquéfaction & Séparation Division GNL & GPL- Complexe GL1K BP N° 72 Z-I Skikda, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participés à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°08/APP/GL1K/2024 relatif à « La Fourniture de pièces de rechange des machines stratégique de fabrication GE/NP ou équivalent en trois (03) lots pour le Complexe GL1K :

Lot N°01 : Pièces de rechange pour turbines MS-5002.

Lot N°02 : Pièces de rechange pour turbines MS-5001PA.

Lot N°03 : Pièces de rechange pour stock de sécurité des Turbines MS-5002. »

Qu’après ouverture et évaluation des Offres Financières des soumissionnaires dont les Offres Techniques ont été jugées conformes :

Lot N°01 : Pièces de rechange pour turbines MS-5002 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire A.S.A SRL

Lot N°02 Pièces de rechange pour turbines MS-5001PA et le Lot N°03 : Pièces de rechange pour stock de sécurité des Turbines MS-5002, ont été attribués provisoirement au soumissionnaire MJB INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

Montant de l’Offre Financière pour le Lot N°01 est : 4 998 602,83 $, soit en lettre Quatre millions neuf cent quatre-vingt-dix-huit mille six cent deux Dollars et quatre-vingt-trois centimes.

Montant de l’Offre Financière pour le Lot N°02 est : 4 019 639,03$, soit en lettre Quatre millions dix-neuf mille six cent trente-neuf Dollars et trois centimes.

Montant de l’Offre Financière pour le Lot N°03 est : 654 894,53$, soit en lettre Six cent cinquante-quatre mille huit cent quatre-vingt-quatorze Dollars et cinquante-trois centimes

Délai de livraison de la Fourniture : livraisons de la Fourniture en trois expéditions douze (12), quatorze (14) et dix-huit (18) mois à compter de la date d’Entrée en Vigueur du Contrat.

Critère de choix : Prix moins disant.

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix de la structure contractante peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception au niveau du bureau d’ordre du Complexe GL1K à l’adresse indiquée ci-dessus, au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) Jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

National and International Open Tender N°08/APP/GL1K/2024

Sonatrach Company Liquefaction Activity & Separation LNG & LPG Division- GL1K BP Complex No. 72 Z-I Skikda, informs the bidders who have participated in the National and International Open Tender N°08/APP/GL1K/2024 relating to a bids for: the Supply of spare parts for strategic GE/NP or équivalent manufacturing machines in three (03) Batches for GL1K Complex:

Lot N°01: Spare parts for MS-5002 turbine.

Lot N°02: Spare parts for MS-5001 PA turbine

Lot N°03: Spare parts for safety stock of MS-5002 Turbines.

That after opening and evaluation of the Financial Offers of the tenderers whose Technical Offers have been deemed compliant,

Lot N°01: Spare parts for MS-5002 turbine was provisionally awarded to the tenderer A.S.A SRL

Lot N°02: Spare parts for MS-5001 PA turbine and Lot N°03: Spare parts for safety stock of MS-5002 Turbines, have been provisionally allocated to the tenderer MJB INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

Amount of the Financial Offer for Lot N° 01 is: 4 998 602,83 $, or in letter Four million nine hundred ninety-eight thousand six hundred and two dollars and eighty-three cents.

Amount of the Financial Offer for Lot N°02 is: 4 019 639,03$, or in letter Four million nineteen thousand six hundred thirty-nine dollars and three cents.

Amount of the Financial Offer for Lot N°03 is: 654 894,53$, or in letter Six hundred and fifty-four thousand eight hundred and ninety-four dollars and fifty-three cents.

Delivery time of the Supply: deliveries of the Supply in three shipments twelve (12), fourteen (14) and eighteen (18) months from the date of Entry into Force of the Contract.

Selection criteria: Lower price.

Any tenderer contesting the choice of the contracting structure may lodge an appeal against acknowledgement of receipt at the level of the Complex GL1K order office at the address indicated above, at the latest in the Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional award of the Contract to the BAOSEM.
