Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste cette attribution peut introduire un recours au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché au BAOSEM auprès de la structure contractante domiciliée à la Direction Matériel, B P N° 03 Zone industrielle Oued Smar Alger.

Any tenderer questioning this awarding may introduce a recourse within five (05) working days utmost as of the date of publication of the provisional contract awarding notice in the BAOSEM with the contracting structure domiciled at :
