Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés aplicables aux sociétés du groupe Sonlgaz, la Société Algérienne des Industries Electriques et Gazières (SAIEG), Unité de Maintenance et Fabrication de la pièce de rechange « UMFPDR », Division Approvisionnements, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’avis de gré à gré après consultation national et international ouvert N°01-07/ DAP/ UMFPDR/SAIEG/2024 relatif à la : 

Fourniture de pièces de rechange pour groupe CATERPILLAR type CAT L9 CM32C

Le marché attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire ci-après : 

International Montage & Maintenance SA – IMM

L’attribution provisoire s’est effectuée sur la base de l’évaluation suivante:

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoir, auprés du président de la Commission Des Marchés de l’Unite du service contractant domciliée à l’adresse suivant:

Unité de Maintenance et Fabrication de la pièce de rechange « UMFPDR », société du groupe Sonelgaz Zone industrielle Draa El Hadja B.P 178M’sila 28000 Algérie.

PROVISIONAL CONTACT AWARDING

In accordance with the provisions of the market regulations applicable to Sonelgaz group companies, the Algerian Company of Electric and Gas Industries SAIEG/ JSC, Maintenance and Spare Part Manufacturing Unit “UMFPDR”, Supply Division, informs all bidders having participated in the consultation mutual consensual agreement national and international open N°01-07/DAP/UMFPDR /SAIEG/2024 relating to:

Supply of spare parts for CATERPILLAR group type CAT L9 CM32C

that the contract is provisionally awarded to the following bidder :

International Montage & Maintenance SA – IMM.

The provisional allocation was made on the basis of the following assessment

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting service may lodge an appeal within ten (10) days counted from the date of the first publication of the provisional award notice, to the president of the Procurement Commission. The Contracting Service Unit domiciled at the following address:
