Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Algeria production BV régi par le décret 93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-SFNE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international restreint GSE N° 5400-CDM-00-NH-24 ayant pour objet le :

Fourniture de pipeline pour puits producteurs de Gaz

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2281 du 23/07/2024, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement aux soumissionnaires les moins disants :

 Lot 1 : « High Sealed and Coupled "HSC" FZCO» avec un montant de : 16 415 737,00 USD.

 Lot 2 : « Van Leeuwen Tubes » avec un montant de : 88 551,12 USD.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

Supply of Pipeline for Gas Production Wells

Published in the BAOSEM N° 2281 of July 23, 2024 that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderers :

Lot 1 : « High Sealed and Coupled "HSC" FZCO» for an amount of : 16 415 737,00 USD.

Lot 2 : « Van Leeuwen Tubes » for an amount of : 88 551,12 USD.

Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby:

The President of the Contracts Commission of Sonatrach- Eni Grouping

In a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

Beyond this delay, no recourse shall be receivable.
