Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), une association entre Sonatrach et PTTEP, porte à la connaissance de l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert N°GHBR-OPS-24-061 relatif à :

Fourniture de Services De Raclage

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2283 043 00 du 29/07/2024, qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et de l’examen des Offres Financières correspondant aux Offres Techniques jugées conformes, le Contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :

HYDRATIGHT FZE, pour une valeur contractuelle estimée de Deux Millions Huit Cent Quarante-Trois Mille Sept Cents Dollars et Vingt Cents (USD 2,843,700.20).

Critère de sélection : offre le moins disant.

Les soumissionnaires disposent de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis d'attribution dans le BAOSEM pour introduire un recours concernant le traitement de leurs offres auprès de GHBR.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), a joint venture between Sonatrach and PTTEP, hereby announces to all bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. GHBR-OPS-24-061 for the:

Provision of Pigging Services

as published in BAOSEM No. 2283 043 00 dated 29/07/2024, that following the opening and examination of the Commercial Offers corresponding to the technically compliant offers, the Contract has been provisionally awarded to the bidder HYDRATIGHT FZE, for an estimated contract value of Two million, Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars and Twenty Cents (USD 2,843,700.20).

Selection Criteria: lowest price offer.

Bidders are afforded the opportunity to submit an appeal regarding the handling of their bids with GHBR within five (5) working days from the date of publication of this award notice in BAOSEM.
