PROVISION OF LOGISTIC SERVICES
(INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER)
Groupement RKF, sited 310 km South-East of Hassi Messaoud, inform tenderers who participated in the international restrained call for tenders Ref. 22-BID-036-1, relating to " PROVISION OF LOGISTIC SERVICES (INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER)", published in BAOSEM No. 2095 on January 26th, 2023 under ref. 2095 079 01, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to « SEALOGIS FREIGHT FORWARDING », for an amount of:
Eight Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Four Euros and Forty Cents (826,124.40 EUR), inclusive of all taxes except VAT, for a period of 36 months.
Any tenderer contesting this award may lodge an appeal submitted against acknowledgment of receipt to the Appros and Contracts Department of the GRKF within Five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM. After this period, no appeal will be admissible.

Le Groupement RKF (SONATRACH/CEPSA), sise à Rhourde El Khrouf, 310 km Sud-est de Hassi Messaoud, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'Appel d'Offres National Restreint Réf. 22-BID-036-1, ayant pour objet :
FOURNITURE DES SERVICES LOGISTIQUES (INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER)
Paru au BAOSEM n° 2095 du 26 Janvier 2023 sous réf. 2095 079 00, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SEALOGIS FREIGHT FORWARDING », pour un montant de :
Huit Cent Vingt-Six Mille Cent Vingt-Quatre Euros et Quarante Cents (826,124.40 EUR), en toutes taxes comprises Hormis la TVA, pour une durée de 36 mois.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution, peut introduire un recours déposé contre accusé de réception auprès du département Appros et Contrats du Groupement RKF dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin des Appels d’Offres du Secteur de l’Energie et des Mines (BAOSEM). Passé ce délai aucun recours ne sera recevable.
