La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Ouvert :N°05/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur la fourniture de :

 Solar System

 Au profit de projet:

Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) for HBR Field Development Phase 1B Oil maximization 5 wells.

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : TRC Advanced Technologies, INC

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 1 540 335.00 USD/CFR;

Soit en lettres : Un Million Cinq Cent Quarante Mille Trois Cent Trente Cinq Dollars Americains

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrable qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the National and International Open Call for Tenders No. 05/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, relating to the supply of:

« Solar System »

For the benefit of the Project: Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning (EPCIC) for HBR Field Development Phase 1B Oil maximization 5 wells.

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: TRC ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, INC

For a total amount of:

 Either in figures: 1 540 335.00 USD/CFR;

Either in words: One Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five American Dollars

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days opening following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
