AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective N°41/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2024, portant sur:

La fourniture de  « Système de Contrôle F&G »

Au profit du Projet :  Mise en Conformité du Système de Détection Extinction d’Incendie au Terminal Marin de Bejaïa (TMB).

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SIEMENS SPA

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres : 57 450 960.00 DA/HT ;

Soit en lettres : Cinquante Sept Millions Quatre Cent Cinquante Mille Neuf Cent Soixante DA/HT.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Selective No. 41/PRC/DEP/GCB/2024, relating to:

The supply of “F&G Control System”

For the benefit of the Project: Compliance of the Fire Extinguishing Detection System at the Bejaïa Marine Terminal (TMB).

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SIEMENS SPA

For a total amount of:

Either in figures :57 450 960.00 DA/HT

Either in Letters : Fifty-Seven Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty DA/HT.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
