La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective N°20/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, portant sur :
Fourniture de Système Photovoltaïque
Au profit du Projet : Remplacement de l'Oléoduc OD1 16’’ (TD PC1– TA PK 134 KM Mesdar)
Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : SARL SCET ENERGIE.
Pour un montant global de :
Soit en chiffres : 439 003 014,00 DA/HT ;
Soit en lettres : Quatre Cent Trente-Neuf Millions Trois Mille Quatorze Dinars Algérien
Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.
Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD
The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the bidders who participated in the Consultation Selective: No.20/PRC/DEP/GCB/2025, relating to :
Supply of Photovoltaic System
For the benefit of the Project: Replacement of the OD1 16" Oil Pipeline (TD PC1 – TA PK 134 KM Mesdar)
That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: SARL SCET ENERGIE.
For a total amount of:
Either in figures: 439 003 014,00 DA/HT ;
Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Million Three Thousand Fourteen Algerian Dinars
And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.
Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days opening following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
