Oran- Algeria, informs all the tenderers having participated in the dossier of the mutual agreement after the national and international consultation N° 05/RTO/ATR/21/INV, regarding:
Supply of power supply system without interruption redundant AC 20 kVA (UPS or ASI)
That the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: AEG Power Solution- France, for an amount of 149 366.00 €.
The tenderers having participated in this invitation to tender may introduce recourse in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this provisional awarding, nearby:

La Société Sonatrach SPA, Activité Transport par Canalisations, Division Exploitation, Région Transport Ouest, Zone Industrielle – Arzew, W. d’Oran - Algérie, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à Dossier gré à gré après consultation National et International N°05/RTO/ATR/21/INV portant la Fourniture de 04 Systèmes d'Alimentation sans Interruption AC redondant 20KVA (UPS ou ASI).
Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire AEG Power Solution-France pour un montant de 149 366,00 Euros (Cent Quarante-neuf mille Trois Cent Soixante Six Euros)
Les soumissionnaires ayant participé à cet appel d’offre ont la possibilité d’introduire des recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables comptés à partir de la date publication du présent avis d’attribution provisoire auprès de :
